Pros

Always looking to the future and how to innovate. At the same time, looking at how to treat customers and employees better along the way. Great people within the company to work with on a daily basis. Flexible schedule with the ability to work a somewhat hybrid office/home weekly structure.

Cons

The company is Swiss based and that can sometimes mean that changes (products, policy, company wide software) can take a while to make their way into everyday use in the US. It's usually not an issue though.

Great products and a parent company which has a good strategic focus and long term planning. Their products are best in class and the continue to have great customer retention

Cons

Nothing really negative. Many of the employees I hired and trained remain to this day happy to be there.
