      Pros

      When I started with MetroNet it felt like coming home. My team is great, and very supportive. No question is a bad question is something I have heard my whole career but in my 23 years of sales experience most companies don't live up to that statement, MetroNet does, even with all the questions I am asking as a new employee. Leadership is great and just wants you to be successful in your job and they give you the tools to do it. If your looking for a company that values both it's customers and it's employees, then MetroNet is the company for you.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to MetroNet that I can see at this time. It seems like a great place to work, advance and have a great career.
