      Good atmosphere, plenty of work to do, productive environment, great benefits

      Cons

      Slightly lower than industry standard pay (but still competitive), growing company so some growing pains (e.g. not having enough office furniture)

      Pros

      I am a new employee with MetroNet. One of the biggest pros that stood out right away for me was the people. MetroNet is growing at a rapid rate but they still have that small company feel/environment...meaning that they care about their employees and about their customers. They definitely seem to want to make their employees happy and show care for their opinion, experience, and tenure. Honestly, this is much harder to find than most people may think.

      Cons

      Nothing to add at the moment. Again, I am new but honestly I have no cons now.
