Pros

Great Benefits and 401K match and flexibility in work schedules. If your in sales there is great earning potential if you have the confidence to sell a service that is generally more expensive than their competition.

Cons

Where to begin, The key people in upper management are egomaniacs and are self-absorbed with stupid policies that hamper their ability to get business. They claim to value "...creativity..." but their actions show that all they want are drones that follow their stupid policies to the letter. For a communications company their terrible at doing it.
