Pros

Some employees are amazing, nice people, and hard workers. The problem is, they probably will not last long in this environment.

Cons

You will be given unrealistic tasks, like to have a handful of employees processing massive amounts of requests. Simple math would tell higher management that even if each employee could answer one request every five minutes, there would still be a finite number of requests they could process each day. Then, when you supposedly fail, they get rid of you and pass the responsibility to another high-performing employee. Then that exemplary employee will similarly be set up for failure. Since Metropolis purchased SP+, entire departments have voluntarily left, and no department, however sparsely staffed, has not been affected by constant layoffs. The majority of the HR Department was laid off. The CEO constantly says the layoffs are not due to a lack of money, which seems questionable at this point. Morale is constantly low, and like a caged group of hungry dogs, employees fight each other for the only available scraps. SP+ was a consistent company that many outstanding employees chose to nest at, even though they knew they could make more money elsewhere. No company is perfect, but by comparison, Metropolis is like being thrown into the ancient Roman colosseums. You just fight for your very existence from day to day. That is clearly what the management wants. In fact, if you question it, they will just say not everyone is equipped to work in their work environment. They go through Chiefs, VPs, and Directors like toilet paper. I have watched people get hired in, all bouncy and hopeful, and they are beaten down within months and look like they have aged years.

Pros

I get to drive cars which I love, tips are earned and make a difference if it's a good day.

Cons

Only cons are part of the work itself, being outside all day, standing all day, while not in a car. But its definitely doable.
