      Good communication skills and professionalism

      cheap as crap, they don’t care about their employees. They pay us so next to nothing for the amount of work we do even though the company loves to brag how much money they are bringing in. They don’t care about any of there workers. For 8-12$ an hour this job WILLL NEVER EVER BE WORTH IT AGAIN. TERRIBLE COMPANY. PRAYING ON THE LAWSUIT TO GO THROUGH.

      Entry level management experience, no degree needed

      Cons

      Too much work, too many hours, not enough pay. Overtime hours, no overtime pay. Increasing responsibilities, decreasing work life balance, no additional pay or benefits. Not worth it imo unless you love the parking/hospitality industry and have a dream of rising in the corporate management ladder in this field long term
