Pros

Good Benefits, good co-workers, terrible management.

Cons

HR is a nightmare! HR tries to control everything there, however, HR doesn't play by the rules like everyone else.

Excellent opportunity for learning and growth. If you have an interest in the field you want to learn more about, there can be an opportunity to do so.

Cons

I worked for a very difficult manager -went unchecked by administration for years.
