Pros

I worked in the IT department at San Diego Metro Transit in 2019. I found my colleagues really supportive. I enjoyed coming to work every day as I knew my job was valuable to the city and community.

Cons

The pay could have been improved, but I have heard it has increased since I left.

Pros

Cheap benefits, free transit. Overall it tries to mean well

Cons

Some departments work well with each other. Most like to blame and point fingers. High turnover causes a lot of stress which leads to burnt out employees. Always one step forward two steps back.
