Highly micro managed. Supervisors are always out to get you. Union doesn't help much. Seems like they sold out to the company, but that's just my opinion...

Great people to work with. All support personnel are great and the working relationships among groups is the biggest plus.

Cons

Leadership is a huge disappointment. CIO position is a revolving door with little support and understanding of the business.
