Pros

If you want hours, this place will give you hours/overtime, they will work you to the bone. Pay is decent for public transportation. Good health/dental/eye benefits. Place offers a CalPers Pension program.

Cons

No Social/work life, you call off for rest they will be displeased. When beginning as part time, they will work you to death constant 40+ hours per week (as part time with no full time benefits). Homeless major problem in San Diego, you will be dealing with alot of homeless and mentally disabled homeless on the train causing issues and problems with regular patrons just wanting to get to home and work. MTS does nothing about this and even giving some solutions they will shun you.
