      The hours were full time until employment which it became less than part time hours.

      Pros

      Other than the transportation pass, there is not much more to say. There is possibly room for growth. Exposed to various career paths.

      Cons

      Insufficient benefits, no pension,no tuition reimbursement, horrible union etc stressful environment and salary does not compensate the volume of work.
