Competitive pay and benefits. Flexibility in training. Willing to invest money in their employees to build their skill sets. Opportunities for overtime.

Cons

They push their production workers like most plants. They overlook the people that keep the doors open. But as far as maintenance and boiler operators, we are treated pretty well. My only complaint would be communication. Everything is good until you need something from the front office. They are just big enough that you get passed around often and people play the blame game with each other.
