-Pay is decent, but not worth sacrificing mental and physical health -PTO just under 4 hours per paycheck/every 2 weeks -Diverse group of coworkers in production, good people

Cons

-Favoritism, no growth unless they like you -Long hours, little to no work/life balance -Physically labor intensive, on your feet a lot -High turnover/short staffing -HR only covers up issues, no empathy -Communication lacking between shifts & from office to production --Trainig is not sufficient, wait for you to make mistakes & then correct you -Manager is hands off, rarely interacts with employees -Supervisor micromanages, questionable decisions
