Good benefits package overall and growing opportunities.

Cons

Really hard to get promoted if your a minority. Went to a 3 day meeting and not one women was up front in the podium. Too mysoginistic.

Pros

Depending on supervisor you'll either operate pretty independently or be 100% micromanaged. 401k is awesome - up to 6% match. Good vacation time, and benefits are pretty good though a bit expensive

Cons

Pay scale is based off competitive pay 10+ years ago. Cost of living not accounted for if you work in another state. It's often implied that you should feel blessed if you get a 1% raise. Bonuses are sketchy - some people get them, others don't.
