Great 401K program with employee match.

Cons

No communication at all from upper management. Periodically the big bosses from Minnesota would make an appearance to our facility. They made sure not to communicate or make eye contact with anyone that worked hard for them. Typical corporate mentality.

Pros

Overall, an outstanding company to work for. Competitive salary and benefits, relaxed, but professional work environment. Management is very supportive of family and life outside of work. The general office atmosphere is upbeat and happy.

Cons

The only downside that I can see so far is that not many people quit from this company, so there is not always a position to move up to!
