too much forced overtime

they gave large raises to bring in people due to the constant loss of employees

Cons

at least 60 hours every other week or more of forced overtime. great if you like working constantly, but an awful experience if you just wanted to get a decent paycheck and go home. also the points system means you could get suspended/fired if you get sick often, even with a doctors notice.
