For the area good pay, but could be much better.

Not flexible in schedules, treats employees like machines, communication is little to none between any department.

The Company products are good.

Cons

Company big on Titles. C/S Dept had 6 "Supervisors" 1 in 4 people issued the title by friendship or favors. None having any managerial skills or experience. Merging more Co's than can handle. Management sent to merge C/S could only argue and swear displaying a very poor first impression. Corporate plastic smiles all over.

The people are very good people. They will work hard for you.

Cons

Management sucks. They overwork you and they make for a very hostile environment. If I would have known it was like this I would have went the other way.
