Store discount, relatively flexible hours, interesting customers, when it is busy the day goes by very quickly. Almost everyone that applies gets hired.

Cons

Lack of personal connection with management and their scheduling style, rude customers, rude manager, zero training involved- very much a sink or swim on your first day. Almost everyone that applies gets hired...
