Pay is horrible. They are still hiring in at the same rate as they were in 2003.

Flexible scheduling, employee discount ( I think it was either 20% or 25%, I can't remember for sure), most of the other employees were friendly and willing to help when I was first starting out, or needed help with something.

Cons

Not enough hours for part time, I sometimes wouldn't even work 12 hours a week. I was always scheduled for just under 6 hour shifts (6 hours is the point at which you get a lunch break), so it was frustrating to be scheduled for 5.5 hours and not get my 30 min break from standing at the cash register. Some impatient / rude customers, but that unfortunately comes with the territory.
