The managers and the staff were amazing people to work with and for. The regular customers were so nice to see. That is it for pros.
Cons
I finally figured out what Michaels did with the money they saved with terminating most full-timers, managers and fes' for SOF. They installed cameras to watch their employees. Silly me thought they just wanted to be greedy and pocket the money they were paying out for the full-timers, managers and Fes and not having to pay the benefits but I was totally wrong. They instead paid to have cameras installed into Michaels stores and are probably paying people to watch or at least look through footage of the cameras to see which employees are stealing from the company - forget about those shoplifters it is the employees they are interested in. Too bad the employees can not install cameras into the corporate offices to watch the "men in suits" during paid office hours to see what they actually do with their time for sometimes with some of their hairbrained ideas as to what to do next, you gotta wonder?
