Minimum wage is hard these days & when the hours are minimal, it's not great on payday. Also, when I started as a framer, I did not have experience in the field & everything was new. I had a few weeks with the framing manager & then I started working alone. On the job training is okay in some fields but there are little tips that would make the learning process much easier rather than learning from mistake made. The computer program was new to me which made serving customers stressful, difficult & made me look like an incompetent person. Really management, it would be so much easier to train one in the beginning!

you cannot depend on this job to pay your bill because your hour can range fron 8 to 35 hours. There is not manpower to complete the pog change and other task. Our manager treats employee fairly and respectfully. He even goes an extra mile to accomonade the employee's need.
