Many times one person gets left with all the work, while the other employees waste time. The department managers and supervisors sometimes act less professional than the sales associates and cashiers.

No accountability. No payroll to complete too many tasks. We are supposed to improve service with decreasing payroll and increasing tasks. If we don't complete all of the tasks in the unrealistic time frames, we are told that we aren't keeping up. Stores structure is task focused, yet management is held accountable for improving the service that the associates provide, while eliminating shifts. 71% of Audit is customer service based, yet nothing has changed to allow us to service the customers. When a member of management would like to address these concerns, they are told to just work and keep trying.
