Salary comensation for management is fair and in line with industry standard. Company "vision" is a good one. Outlining processes and documentation of such.
Cons
Payroll way too light to cover all needs at store level. Company vision of world class customer experience is impossible due to bare minimum coverage. Unrealistic expectations regarding time frame on tasks assigned to stores. Micro managing every aspect of the store Corporate does not communicate with stores, a list of tasks for the day is not communication. Stores can't resolve technical issues due to outsourcing and no contact information available for someone stateside that can understand the issue without pulling key words and using a script, this is an incredible waste of time, not to mention the frustration of dealing with non-English speaking tech support. Lack of respect for the individual (From the top down) from upper management. Constant negative feednback, no positive. Instock in stores is poor in several catagories, with no resolution forthcoming.
