      Pros

      Great crew Supervisors in Salem are good to work for. Great pay and health benefits though having PTO of some kind accrue would be nice.

      Cons

      Not busy enough, seems to be feast or famine in this industry and Michels is having a CIPP famine this year. Not having PTO accrue is new to me for a UNION shop and for any place I have worked minus temp jobs.

      None. Hard for me to find much Positive with this company.

      Cons

      Management treats staff terribly. They also treat women terribly. Myself as well as several other women I know. If you are a woman, do not work a field job for this company.
