      Pros

      Good pay. Most co-workers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Dont let anyone know you have a personal life. I was a driver for less than a year. Busted my ass and gave up a lot of family time and went above and beyond. When things slow down they just kick you to the curb. "We care, We care" Then find me something to do that is part time. " we're sorry, we dont have time, check with so and so..." just end up getting the run around. Keep track of ALL HR paperwork. Told management multiple times that I wanted to learn more things so that I could be more valuable. They don't care.

      Pros

      The company seems to always keep its devoted employees working and some are paid maybe a little too well.

      Cons

      If you arent in the inner loop you pretty much get screwed, too many safety guys and too many "bosses". You'll be scared to use the restroom because it may be deemed an unsafe method.

      Pros

      - Because they are one of the larger infrastructure companies in the U.S., there are a lot of neat projects you get to work on. - Overall, the employees are very down to earth and fun to work with.

      Cons

      - The top brass openly tell you that you are replaceable and that your only purpose is to make money for the company. While that is an obvious goal at any company, they openly flaunt it... - I think employee morale is overall very low because management don't really care about the employees. However, they are trying to change this with programs such as Leadership Development...
