There are lots of perks and benefits that come with being an employee at Michels. They exceed expectations with their benefit packages and additional perks for long term employees. They provide you with all of the software and hardware to be productive in today's society. They also provide annual training workshops for employees that show the desire to learn additional responsibilities.

Cons

They are based out of Brownsville, WI so all of the Human Resources, Legal, Tax, IT, etc. professionals are required to be at the home base. They use GPS tracking and speedometers in every company owned vehicle. Work life balance is office to office.

Cons

Construction doesn't always happen on your doorstep so a fair bit of travel is needed from various positions.
