Pros

The people. The employees and administrative staff members are great. The benefit package is beyond incredible as I haven’t seen a benefit package like this in all the years of my professional career.

Cons

Inexperienced lower level management, pervasive belief that managers/supervisors cannot or will not be wrong. This isn’t always the case, yet ego and machismo rule more often than not.

Main office in Wisconsin is filled with awesome, helpful and friendly people. Very professional.

Cons

Company culture does not extend to the NY area. Total lack of direction in this market. They have no clue what it takes to be successful and get rid of those that do. This place is only for those without a brain of their own and love to take direction from those who do not have an idea about what they are doing.
