      Decent wages and benefits. Other than that I have found nothing!

      *No time for family life *More concerned with profit than employee health *Foreman sit in truck ask day until coordinators or upper management show up *work schedule gets changed without notice *Circle of friends get rewarded if your not in one you get nothing *Low per diem *Drug & alcoholuse by foreman hinders crew *Low employee morale due to adding rules to policy/ no appreciation

      Very laid back work environment. Little to moderate mistakes are forgotten about quickly. No micro managers.

      Cons

      Poor pay. When you apply be honest about what you want for salary because raises are rare.
