      Growing and that means gaps in process but with their culture and mentality on empowering ppl to impact the business, they are on the right path!

      Pros

      - Lots of work to do without busy work. My manager and director are great at making sure we stay busy without being overworked - Great coworkers. I look forward to coming to work because of all of the people we work with. - I get to learn a lot of new things about our business from pipeline to HDD to tunneling.

      Cons

      - Sometimes it's stressful because we are growing so quickly - There's a lack of processes (which they're working on but it still makes it challenging) - The US puts in some unnecessary roadblocks that make things more difficult than it needs to be
