Pros

Family-like atmosphere Bonus program 100% remote work option Great home office, recently renovated People tend to work here for a long, long time Enjoyable company overall

Cons

Management tends to have ‘come up through the ranks’, and has an older management style.. Definitely depends on the manager. Pay is avg to below avg on industry scale Bonus has been very low recently

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Low paying Outdated technology Minimal training Managers don't care about developing, guiding ,leading employees No training plan or expectations set fourth by manager. Wont allow you to carry spouse on Health insurance if you spouse has coverage elsewhere regardless if FB benefit package is better. Minimal diversity its a lot of ignorant white people who need a class in Diversity and Equality
