Pros

Good pay and decent benefits. Managers vary in style from dept to dept but I did have a good manager. Gym and cafeteria on site.

Cons

Dysfunctional computer systems, lack of support when you need help, tend to hire immature people who would rather call off work frequently and go out of their way to get you in trouble than do their job, constantly changing procedures, complete lack of communication to the front line reps about new issues and changes.

Pros

Great people to work with. Emphasis on serving their customers.

Cons

Could have warned me about climbing a silo with icy rungs in December when taking inventory
