Wonderful company to work for! Pay is great, benefits are great. Plenty of room for advancement. Positive leadership.

Cons

Due to being a Michigan only company, you have to reside in Michigan to work there. Not much diversity, especially in management.

Pros

The company has a great employee focus and makes you feel like you're a part of something great. The benefits are good and the pay was excellent.

Cons

The billing programs they use are faulty and caused many terrible customer interactions and lost business. It made the job so much harder than it needed to be as they didn't fix the issues and only applied temporary fixes.
