      You may get great bonus and promoted quickly

      Cons

      That you will miss out of big bonus and promotions take a verrrryyyyyy long time. With in-store locations it can happen in months. Where if you are at a traditional location it can take years.

      You may have the opportunity to work with some amazing co-workers. The challenge will be retaining any talent as they are likely able to go elsewhere.

      Cons

      In my experience, the level of discrimination for ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation is unbelievable in this day and age. This organization would rather ask forgiveness than permission when it comes to fairness in their business practices. They don’t practice what they preach, claiming members are the center of their focus while getting rich off of exorbitant fees that they charge for features the members didn’t even realize they needed to opt out of in order to avoid.

      Pros

      Most of the people working there really do care about their co-workers and the membership.

      Cons

      CEO has been attempting to turn the credit union into his own financial services empire with total disregard to staffing levels or employees. Managers are left to figure out how to make things work with increasingly demanding expectations and diminishing resources.
