Good Culture Awful Operations

Some really great people to work with, excellent benefits, decent pay and good culture

Cons

Operations is a complete mess. If ever the tail was wagging the dog it is in operations here. Files are held by processors who think they are underwriters. Some underwriters don't even know how to calculate basic income and when their error is pointed out they just dig in even harder and sit on your file for no reason.

Bowling alley, gym, in main office, decent pay

Cons

Lack of diversity in Executive leadership. There is an underlying feeling that you could get fired at anytime. Leadership very sneaky, and they present themselves to value employees, but in reality it’s not. They talk about transparency, but they just gas light you at the team learning days

Mortgage division is in complete disarray. Processors do not execute at a high level UW all three of them have more files than they can handle.
