Great culture and very helpful team. Fast paced work environment that can be very rewarding. Lots of opportunity to help members and think outside of the box.

Cons

They usually put members needs over employee comfort and sometimes safety. Senior leadership has not responded well during COVID or offered appropriate protection. They offer minimal guidance or career planning. Less than welcoming Human Resources department. Feels like a lot of quantity over quality at Michigan First.
