I have been in the banking industry for more than 15 years, 14 years with the same company. I was treated very well with my prior company and expected to retire from there. I received an opportunity from Michigan First that I could not pass up and has been the best decision of my career and life. Michigan First has provided me the opportunity to learn and grow, empowered me to make decisions, and provided me with a great work/life balance. The senior leadership team and fellow teammates are top notch and care about the quality of their work and the integrity of how results are driven. The culture at Michigan First is what will keep me here for 20 plus years until I am ready to retire.
