      Pros

      -Great coworkers, a sense of family in that everyone has to deal with the same things. -You learn a lot here, both from the company, the work itself, and your coworkers.

      Cons

      -Complete disarray in management, and 'passing the buck' runs rampant. -Understaffing at crucial times. -Management doesn't understand scheduling. -Lack of promotion. -Lack of communication between departments, sometimes leading to people performing duties either under their pay grade or that they're unqualified for.

      Pros

      Higher pay than similar stores. Decent benefits even for part time workers including paid vacation time. Employee discount.

      Cons

      Some policies are overly complicated. Almost every employee has many more responsibilities than at similar workplaces. Some are stretched much too thin.

      Pros

      Fairly laid back, good supervisors / managers. Friendly. It is an easy job to do comparatively and for the pay. Management is friendly, helpful, and good to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is inconsistent, frustrating to want to do more for the store but be unable to do anything about it. Hours are long and inconsistent, but that is retail.
