      Pros

      Micro Electronics is a growing company with many excellent opportunities for advancement. Benefits such as the Employee Purchase Program and health benefits are above average as compared with other retail organizations.

      Cons

      Some benefits do not meet the standards of other organizations. One example of this is the 401k program. Most employers match some portion of the employees contributions. Micro Electronics does not match any amount.
