Pros

Micro Electronics is a dynamic, fast paced company. A work place where you are allowed to express your creativity, a place where you are given the freedom to explore opportunist approaches to expanding and growing the business, a place that puts the customer before everything else.

Cons

Many times there is a lack of teamwork between departments. Often one departments objectives can be implemented without consideration of the impact to the entire organizational structure. A lack of effective cross departmental communication fosters these conflicts, many times the organization is moving so fast the communication issues are more a lack of time than consideration.

fair compensation good medical employee discount on merchandise

Cons

Poor store management. horrible hours. horrible sales structure. horrible staff development. horrible accountability of employees actions. Impossible to determine amount you are to be compensated by your sales commision. Company doesn't reinvest into it's stores infastructure. Worst retirement and 401k benefits I've ever seen. Poor resupply of product to sell.
