      Great work life balance Unlimited Sick Leave Unlimited work from home

      Cons

      I am working as a testing professional from around 1.5 years and there is nothing i find to learn here.Even in automation you will find very much dependent on others. If you are a developer then you will fell like a maintenance guy who keep maintaining the code and resolving bugs . As a tester there is only product learning.Apart from that there is nothing to learn. There are more cons than pros here.If you are starting your career never go for this company because still after doing 1.5 years of work you will feel like a fresher only.

      Pros

      No time to get board, and plenty of work to go around. Enjoy the employees that I work with.

      Cons

      No work life balance. With the current lay-offs there are not enough hours in the week to complete work. Management has allowed our systems to be run by third party consultants.

      Not many. to be listed out.

      Cons

      No care/concern for the employee. Recently the company messed up by acting smart with the sales folks and now facing law-suits. Heard penny wise "pound" foolish? Yeah this UK company. The US headquarters has no cafeteria. They buy cold and stale sandwiches from a neighboring company couple miles away and truck mixed soups to the HQ cafe. And thats how they motivate full timers to stay employed while other competitors in the valley serve free food. No stock or perk or RSU's. Totally old school game. The company is stuck in its COBOL days and every exec here have not evolved to modern ways of software or rewarding their employees. Greedy management but not so brainy. Am sure they are not reading this or probably dont even know of glassdoor existence. They are frozen in time.
