      The company has a great work from home program.

      Cons

      There is little to no upward mobility. If you are an engaged employee who cares about their work I would avoid this company.

      It's unfortunate that this has been your experience. Employees are encouraged to have regular career conversations with their managers and take advantage of training opportunities to improve performance in current role and prepare for possible future opportunities. In regards to our management team, year over year in our all-company engagement surveys, employees have shared that our managers are practicing strong people care skills. Employees have also highly rated their interaction with their peers. If you do have concerns, please raise them through a conversation with your manager and/or HR Business Partner.

      Pros

      It was once a great company to work for but it's going downhill fast. The only pro I can think of is working from home.

      Cons

      The moral of this company is now shady. Do not trust this company. They are laying off hundreds of people in the US to other countries to "save money" Other countries where they don't have to pay benefits and a lesser salary. I think the company is having some serious financial issues. The CFO's are constantly leaving.. tells you something.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good. Ability to work remotely. Unlimited sick time can come in handy if you need it.

      Cons

      Health insurance could be better. The company has been laying off hundreds of people that have been with the company for many years and have been outsourcing support and development of highly technical software to offshore companies. They don't care about the customer - leaving them high and dry without useful assistance.
