      This company's model is to buy legacy s/w assets and squeeze maintenance streams from what is left of their core user-base.

      Cons

      Heavy sales operations oriented company. This company manages cost very closely and really does little to invest in its products.

      Absentee leadership. Opaque legal executives. Poor processes. No respect for work/life balance. Everything goes to outside counsel. Revenue above everything.
