      Very high-caliber people, capable, committed, smart, fun. Good work-life balance, and freedom (most of the time) to work from wherever I'm most effective. Business strategy is on point, exciting future.

      Lots of change in a short amount of time, but that's not always a bad thing. Lots of opportunity.

      Great People for now. Top talent is leaving by the day. Great Products customers want and are eager to buy.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits that are very expensive. Sick leave and child leave are terrible. Terrible leadership. Zero consistency - things change with the wind. Zero company culture. No work from home options.
