      Some great people to work with and interesting challenges

      Leadership is only interested in shareholders and lacks integrity. The company mantra is "we make software, we sell software". Don't expect much in the way of purpose or vision.

      The people are amazing and dedicated. The knowledge and experience is exceptional.

      Cons

      Daily fear of being let go. Not an environment conducive to career growth. Lay offs happen regularly.

      - Sales Quota setting methodology and execution are faulty, for both renewals and new license, leading to material impact in variable compensation. - Upper Management (President of Sales) is either blissfully unaware or willfully apathetic.
