      Pros

      Decent work/life balance, co-workers in general make an effort to help and support each other.

      Cons

      minimal investment in the business, enough to barely stay relevant and not jeopardize existing install base, not a long term viable strategy. Chaos and M&As impairing ability to execute consistently, true organic growth is a concern Lack of communication - Whatever is formally communicated to employees is often the tip of larger iceberg, and feels like the bare minimum effort.

      Some fantastic managers who look out for their reps and are successful in spite of sr. decision making. fairly good work/life balance compared to some sales roles.

      Cons

      Mixed signals. Some months call volume and dials are monitored ad nauseum. others they let you actually sell, travel out to customer sites and act as a true software sales rep.
