      Free Hot Chocolate Sometimes free events/meals Great teammates Good place to learn and possibly start out at. Average benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, fitness center)

      Cons

      No cost of living increases No performance raises Bonuses don't always happen No career growth within company Your pay will likely not increase for some time, so ensure you get a good offer you're happy with.
