      No leadership, lack of resources. No expertise. Company / marketing organization doesn't really care about employees.

      Pros

      Stock price is a bargain. Great work life balance because most employee's seem to have checked out. The company is well known for it's cost cutting model and lack of investment/innovation. They purchase software companies and provide support of old technologies. If you are located in a low cost area and are looking to get some experience this might be a good place to start.

      Cons

      Lack of management and poor communication from middle management. Lack of honesty and trust with management.

      Great people, that's really all there is (workers, not managers/leaders)

      Cons

      We were told to "Scorch the Earth" - get as much money and audit as many customers as possible. Terrible business plan.
