Just FYI, I'm not some bitter fired employee. I was there for about 6 months and left on my own. I feel that is important to point out, as my review is quite negative. This review is simply my opinions, based on my experiences. The first issue is their Sales Leadership. Apparently the Head of Sales never sold anything in her life. She is nasty and is horrible to her employees. It starts with her, but quickly spreads around the organization. In her presentation at Sales Kick-off, where it's supposed to be positive, her message was that if you don't hit you're number in Q1 they would replace you. How positive. Her insecurities ooze through, and dictate her actions towards employees. The company does not value their employees. Their sales quotas are unachievable for most, unless you are one of their "pets". They make their numbers each year and barely see a rise in quotas. They instead park quota with new reps, which in turn makes those reps leave before the year is over. A lot of false promises were made. The CEO seems to be in over his head. They don't like change, so anyone new is met with a lot of friction from the "Old Guard"
