      Lots of opportunities to take on new responsibilities but not really compensated for them.

      Cons

      Losing a lot of great people right now. Uncertainty of corporate direction.

      Pros

      The individual contributors were generally friendly and easy to work with. The managers were polite and accommodating and I was given the freedom to pursue my own work style.

      Cons

      The UK-based company rarely looked beyond its own corporate headquarters in times of need. The constant circling of the wagons and lack of clear global communications led employees to feel isolated and out of step with corporate strategy.
