- Regardless of which portfolio/BU, the Sales Engineering organization is highly valued and has tremendous influence on revenue growth, depending on the ability of leaders to harness the considerable expertise within it. - wealth of experience and skills within the SE organization

Cons

- Sales GTM resets every year, creating yet another moving target and it can take a quarter or two to adjust (only to repeat the following year) - Prone to WFR events on a regular basis. Watch your back!
